RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At BOTAGI we believe shopping online should be just as easy and enjoyable as shopping in one of our stores. We understand that you might be worried about purchasing the wrong size or style because you cant try it on or see it in person. Don't worry, we've got you covered! 

If you purchase the wrong size or you prefer to exchange the item for another style, simply contact us via email with-in 14 DAYS of purchase and we will begin the easy exchange process. 

We do not offer refunds on change of mind. 

Postage costs must be paid by the customer for all exchanges to and from. 

Conditions of exchange:

  • the item (s) must be in original new condition: unworn, unwashed, un-ironed, un altered and with original tags still attached.
  • Customer must contact us within 14 days from the purchase date
  • Must have your invoice number or receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM

In order to exchange your item you will have to contact us at returns@botagi.com with your invoice number and description and we will assist your request. If you are exchanging your item for a different item or style you will receive a store credit in which you are able to use to place a new order on our online store. If you are just exchanging the size then no credit note will be issued.

You will also receive an email notifying you as soon as your request is processed. 

If you believe we have made an error with your order, or you think your item is faulty or there is something else you would like to discuss with us regarding exchanges & returns then don’t hesitate to email us at returns@botagi.com.

 

SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We take every effort to ensure we display our garments on our online store as accurately as possible with the use of great photos and videos to assist your shopping. Although it is important to keep in mind that we can’t guarantee that different computer screens will display accurate colours.
  • Due to our quick turnover we can’t guarantee we will have the same item you are after in stock at time of exchange.
