Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No you do not have to make an account but it does make things quicker the next time you purchase with us.

 

What payment methods does Botagi accept?

Botagi accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal ( If you use choose PayPal you will have the option to pay by Amex)

  

What do I do if the item I want is sold out?

Email us at sales@botagi.com with the name of the item and size that you are interested in. We will be able to let you know if we are receiving more of this item.  If we are, we can place you on a list to be notified when the item comes back in stock.

 

I made a mistake on my shipping address, what do I do?

If you have made a mistake typing your shipping address or name please contact us at sales@botagi.com as soon as you realise.  We will do our best to have this fixed for you before your item is posted.

 

What do I do if my country is not on the shipping list?

Please email us at sales@botagi.com if your country is not listed for shipping and we will do our best to find an alternative shipping method for you.

 

How can I track my order?

To track your order, all you have to do is click on the 'track my order' tab on the footer of the page or you can click here.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your item is on its way.  You are able to track your item using the following link: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

 

How do I use my store credit?

Your store credit is issued at the time of an exchange.  You will receive a store credit code through email, all you have to do is enter this code at the time of purchasing a new item. This will deduct the amount of your overall order price.

 

How do I use my Gift Voucher?

Your Gift Voucher comes with a coupon code that you need to enter in the checkout stage. Once you have entered it, the Gift Voucher amount will be deducted from your overall purchase price.
